This Lent when you’re struggling to fast you might find comfort and strength in this simple prayer: “O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
On July 13, 1917, the Mother of God spoke to us at Fatima when she said to the children: "Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and say many times, especially whenever you make some sacrifice: O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary." Little Lucia, Jacinta, and Francesco found great strength in this prayer to fast and make many sacrifices and you can too.
